“If your order arrives in good condition the product is pretty good, however….if not. YIKES!!
I will say the blanket is quite delicate. It snags VERY easy. I cannot imagine taking this to the beach or using it as a “party blanket “. Not good if you have pets!
This blanket (and the other one I ordered) arrived damaged, a several large snags. I reached out to customer service the same day by replying to my order email (like it says to) and I reached out through the online portal as well, including pictures of the damage. Many days passed with no response of any kind, so I reached out again through email and the portal….it has now been about 4 and 1/2 weeks (and approximately 5-6 attempts to contact) and I have received NO response.
I did call one of the stores that is kind of close and both people I talked with were great! They were understanding and wanted to help. They messaged customer service from there end…that was 12 days ago….still no response.
My first Sand Cloud purchase was about 10 years ago….if this is how the company has changed I will NOT be back. It’s very disappointing. I do NOT write bad reviews, this is a first for me.”
“I ordered the blanket for my bed since it was suggested as a light weight blanket. I received the blanket and was surprised at the quality and the feel of the blanket. It's lightweight but it keeps me warm with the A/C overnight. i also love the print i urchased its attactive and goes with my bedroom color scheme.”
