“I’m very intentional about products I buy. This has to be one of the biggest disappointments in recent memory.
I’ve been following Sand Cloud for a while, waiting for their prices to drop. The reviews are largely positive and the blankets seemed great from the descriptions.
The first thing I noticed was how thin the blanket was when I opened it. It felt like tissue paper.
I followed the directions to wash it. It came out feeling the same, with threads starting to unravel.
On the beach, even mild winds would blow the blanket away. Sitting on it was a battle, trying to keep sand off of it and keeping the sides from folding in.
For what these cost, I could have gotten a few dozen higher-quality blankets from the dollar store.”
