“After a few days, this thing looks terrible. Very disappointed in this blanket. Snags everywhere. Very soft and comfortable but I have no idea how it’s looking this bad so fast. I would have thought this would last based on the price.
UPDATED….sand cloud reached out and ultimately gave me a gift card amount for the blanket…they also let me keep it. While it’s not on our bed anymore, it is something we can occasionally use during the winter months on the couch. Bummer it didn’t work out because it is VERY soft and comfortable. I will say their customer service went above and beyond. In a perfect world a refund (I would have sent the blanket back too) would have been best but we do have their beach towels as well as bath towels so we will look to buy more. They have been wonderful and have held up nice. Thank you Sand Cloud for taking care of me and fixing the problem.”
