“I was SO excited about this purchase. As young adults in San Diego my husband and I LOVE the Sand Cloud towels. We each have a few towels for the beach and for our home, as guest towels. We also gift these towels to our out-of-town family when they come visit us in SD. When the fall clothing line dropped, I ran to the checkout. Unfortunately, the Desert Wash Crewneck fit like a crop-top, extremely too short. For reference I am 5'11", 140lbs athletic build and bought a size M. I was disappointed with the fit, because despite my height, because in most common retailers this would be my size. I am disappointed by the lack of inclusivity that this company provides. I hope in the future, petite and talls can be added to the collection! I wanted so much to love this luxurious fabric, but will return immediately.”
“The color was beautiful but the fabric is not soft and has no stretch. I was expecting soft and cozy lounge wear for this price. Also, the sizes are more like Junior's than women's. The XL was pretty snug in this.”

When I went to process my return it will only allow for store credit, no refund available. I did not see that mentioned anywhere on the item listing or on the checkout page. I wouldn’t have purchased if it had. I have emailed customer service twice about processing the return and no one has responded.”
