“My item arrived after 10 days to the wrong state - they denied it. Tracking showed it delivered and waiting across the country, and they just said “be patient it’s on it’s way.” The customer service rep was awful, clearly tracking showed it was in PA, when I live in CA.
I asked for a refund three times over the course of three weeks, they ignored me and said keep waiting, they’ll fix it. The package arrived 3.5 weeks later, extremely dirty, and the towel was damaged. Again I asked for a refund or replacement - no apology, nothing. Just, “please send pictures so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again.”
No apologies, just told me to “be patient.” I’ve been asking for a refund for three weeks now and nothing, I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Absolutely horrible customer service, rude, unwilling to fix their own mistakes - I’m shocked that in today’s day and age we still have horrible customer service for online companies.”
