“I ordered a bath towel bundle and a pouch for a relative as a Christmas gift a couple weeks before Christmas. While shipping was fast, I received two beach towels instead of the items I ordered. I reached out to customer service and still have not received a response. It is now too late to order something in time for the holidays.”
