“Shipping was great. The Batik Blanket is very soft and has the proper amount of weight to it. However, The "dark" side is not as pictured on the website. Not black at all. More like a light grey salt and pepper. Not what I expected and considering returning.”
“First of all, they sent the wrong blanket after I emailed them that it had been weeks and according to the shipping updates, the package had been sitting in a warehouse for over a week. I was told that the “shipping updates” were wrong and to wait an additional two weeks (two weeks more than what is listed on the website). Finally, my two blankets arrived but as I mentioned, one of them was a smaller, yellow blanket not the navy acid XL one that I ordered. THEN, when I contacted them, I received a notice to print out a return label—I assumed they wanted me to return the wrong one but did not understand where my other one was? A few minutes later I get an email stating that once I send the wrong one back, they’ll replace the right one—-(and wait another three to four weeks???) With houseguests and an upcoming family vacation to prepare for—I was surprised at their lack of accountability/assistance to fix the error. TO TOP IT OFF, the other large blanket came with snags/rips in it and when I contacted them about it I got no response. It’s as if these were sitting on a floor of a warehouse and someone just shoved them in a bag and sent them to me since it was already two weeks late. What a waste of time and money—SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Seriously, what a headache.”
