“Perfect! The material is so soft and just gets softer. So comfy to lay on for a nap on the beach. Don’t worry about getting sand on it for real, I was worried it would stick, but it easy falls off. The print in my opinion is so calming (Turks) iand brings on chilling at a spa vibes.”

During the return process of their products, Sand cloud offered to give 50% off of the blankets I purchased, instead of sending it back. I gladly accepted the offer, as the discounted price matched the quality of the blanket they sent me. Weeks went by and they reached out offering me a $30 gift card, due to my unsatisfaction of their products. I gladly accepted, as who knows, it might be useful again someday. Once they have sent me the gift card, they have asked me to consider revising my original review of the product…. I mean, I found their offers great and it seems like their customer service are attentive to improvements of their products. But I didn’t know accepting these offers would lead them to ask me to revise my original review. Their offer doesn’t change the fact that their products are still pilling each time I wash it. My floor is full of these balls of thread every time I pull it out of my washer/dryer. So anyway, here’s my updated review of their customer service. My review of their products are still the same.

As much as I would want to love this, it’s not as how I have imagined it to be. It’s a bit dull, compared to how it looks online. I am very disappointed as after the first wash, there were a bunch of pilling all over the blanket! I just got annoyed trying to remove all of them. For the price it’s asking for, it doesn’t seem to be worth it ☹️ I’m going to see if I can still return it.”

“Look it straight to the beach and was pleased to find it did indeed repel sand, very light and comfy, absorbent, and quick to dry. It did shed a fair bit, but washing it solved that problem straight away. Now it’s on my bed as a summertime comforter under a thin throw. It’s so pretty!”
