“Received my blankets and one has a hole in it that is decent size. With 1-2 washes, it will absolutely grow bigger. I reached out to Sand Cloud via email 3-4 times and via telephone and left a voice message almost 2 weeks ago to do an even exchange and have zero communications back. Now I’ll be calling my bank tomorrow to do a partial chargeback bc I have no other way to get them to fix this.”
