“I ordered several towels in various sizes to use for different purposes— the XL are great as bed spreads! Normally I would give 5 stars but knocked one off because of customer service or lack thereof — and my experience with the large shark beach bag. It arrived with a terrible mildew odor. It was to be a gift, but I certainly couldn’t gift it in that condition. When I emailed customer service, they initially apologized but completely ghosted me after that with no further communication despite many attempts on my part. I never leave negative reviews; I just keep quiet if I can’t say only good things. But their abysmal customer service left me no choice.”
