“It was difficult to order in the first place. Felt good about ordering the towels after seeing them on Shark Tank. They will mediocre-at-best. Expensive but a decent gift. Try to return a few that were over ordered due to glitch in their system but was ultimately charged return postage. Will never order from this company again. I'll be looking for their products in TJ Maxx”
