“Customer service is HORRIBLE! I was promised MONTHS ago to issue a partial refund because of another issue. I REPEATEDLY emailed my response asking about it. Multiple times. CRICKETS or NO RESPONCE. While I like the product, if you need Customer Service, I would NOT BUY!”
