“I ordered 3 bundles of Atom bath towels but one of them has a freyed hem upon first washing (before being actually used). I’ve placed an inquiry on the website and sent two email and called the store in San Diego to relay a message. I have not heard back from customer service in 10 days upon first attempt to get a replacement.”

“We live on a sailboat and our towels have never dried properly unless we hung them in the sun. These towels dry in hours in the boat, never get smelly and are much more luxurious than typical Turkish or microfiber towels. I don’t know what wizardry this is but I love it. I highly recommend these for both live aboards and land lubbers.”
