“Zero customer service. They Did not return email. Did not return my phone call. Strings that were like 7 inches long came out from all four towels We got with after one wash and zero uses. Not thick for money. HAND towels sucked too. Strings.”
“I am cautiously optimistic because my hand towels that came to match this set have the him coming off. So I need to exchange those before I can use these. However, they look very fluffy and very nice and I can’t wait for a nice cool day to snuggle up after a shower. I am a little wary though with the quality issue that I received on my hand towel. Time will tell.”
