“I ordered this item thinking I would receive 2 30x60 bath towels. The XL towels size 36x67 were sent. These are too big for my area. I tried to contact customer service for help but all I got was the bot that kept asking me for my order number. I believe I typed it in a dozen times before I decided this is awful awful awful service. I cannot speak to an agent. I cannot leave an email. I cannot get the towels I ordered. What started as a simple mistake on Sand Clouds part has turned into one of the most frustrating experiences with "customer service" I've had in a very long time. Will find other towels, this is not worth the hassle. Will be returning these and demanding a full refund. Anybody have suggestions for someplace else? Go there.”
