I love the fabric and color but am disappointed in the workmanship. Seams are ragged and inconsistently sewn whereby raw edges are apparent. I hope it doesn’t come undone in a few washes.”

“Edited to add: Customer service reached out to me regarding this review and offered a partial refund on both my hair towels. I am satisfied with the response and outcome and have increased my rating. I haven't had issues with any other products but still would not buy another hair towel.
Definitely a situation of fool me twice, shame on me. Bought two of these. Same problem with both. After using it once, the button thread comes loose, then eventually the button falls off. I thought first towel was a fluke so bought a second towel and button just fell off that one tonight. Towel itself was absorbent but poorly sewn on button. Can't use this without a button on it. Waste of money. I bought cheaper ones on Amazon that have lasted years longer.”
