“I’d love to review this product but unfortunately sandcloud delivered a completely different order with none of my products. I wanted kitchen towels and a travel bag bundle - I received bath towels???? I’ve repeatedly reached out to return these products and get a refund (or the items I actually ordered) but I’ve had no response. I’ve tried several methods of contacting customer service and still no response. After two weeks I’m still waiting for help and very disappointed!”

“I gave it a 4 star not because of the quality, but because I did not receive the right towels. I ordered ones with fringes and I received without them (see pic). I decided to keep them cause exchanging it will take longer and needing the towels over the weekend. Otherwise, the towels are made really well and does what it suppose to.”
