“I was so excited to receive mine and try it out on an upcoming vacation, however it never arrived. Tracking says it’s “running late” with no other updates for over a week. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. Hopefully someday I’ll either get my product or a refund but I’m not counting on it.”

“I wanted to love this so badly. Being a huge fan of these towels, the towel itself is great. The pocket is great, but what does not work for me. Is the straps. I can barely get it on and then it is so tight that I cannot get it off without assistance. The straps need to be longer or adjustable, maybe using rope instead so that you can tie it different lengths (just suggestions). I can carry this over one shoulder, but it's not convenient because it wants to pull off so it loses that entire aspect of it, which is what I was most looking forward to.”
