“Update: Customer service reached out after I did my review. They replaced it. The new one is fine now.
I received my towel. Some tassels on it are missing. They seem to have been “cut off” because I have them in my hand. They were in the bag loose. Customer service didn’t do anything. I called them to call me back and all they did was email but didn’t replace it.”

“The Ginny is beautiful! I love the design. This is the second Sand Cloud towel I've purchased. The first one was the Whale Shark XL, which I love so much I have been using it as a light blanket. The towels are not fluffy but they have a nice texture. I love the different Marine designs. I bought the Ginny as a gift, but I am tempted to get one for myself as well because it's so pretty!”
