“I really wanted to love this company but......In a large order of 10 towels (mostly gifts), I only ever received 7 and one was damaged. I was happy I received this towel as it is for a gift. Customer service did respond within a week offering a refund of the 3 towels not shipped and 20% off the damaged towel. Overall it was an OK experience but I'll probably shop elsewhere next time. The penguin is cute but be aware that different prints have different fringes and different fabric weaves. I thought it was hard to tell from the website the differences in the towels and expected that they were all similar.”
