“I really wanted to love this company but......In a large order of 10 towels (mostly gifts), I only ever received 7 and one was damaged. I never received this towel of which I ordered two. Customer service did respond within a week offering a refund of the 3 towels not shipped and 20% off the damaged towel. Overall it was an OK experience but I'll probably shop elsewhere next time. Of the towels I did receive - be aware that different prints have different fringes and different fabric weaves. I thought it was hard to tell from the website the differences in the towels and expected that they were all similar in style and quality.”
