“I have other sand cloud towels (Luna and Wanderlust) and love them, however this one upon first washing (delicate cycle, by itself, cold water, and hang dry) is full of lint balls all over. I was able to remove some with a lint roller but it is all over. Sand cloud suggested I soak the towel to help remove the lint, I have tried it but so far no luck. The Luna towel is great, I recommend that one over this one. This one is full of lint, and also looks better in the picture. The color is pretty dull in person. I am disappointed with this purchase. However, Sandcloud customer service is amazing. It took them a while to respond, but eventually offered to exchange the item or issue a GC for another one. I think I would be hesitant to buy another towel with the black coloring in it, fearing the same thing would happen. But I love the other Sandcloud towels I have purchased (the tie-dye towels Luna and Wanderlust). They are great for the beach. I look forward to purchasing another towel in the future.”
