“The towels do not dry. After wiping down we are still wet. We have washed the towels 4x already hoping that it just needs to be broken in, but we are disappointed. Towels are beautiful but do not absorb water.”

“I got the hand towels and the bath towels. They dry quickly because they are thin, but the ad says how soft they are and they are Not soft at all. Overall I am disappointed. Update: They responded to this review and let me know that they will get softer if I soak them in cold water for four hours. I think they should let us know before buying them that they require special care. Their customer service was very good though.”
