“I had a small issue at first, but Sand Cloud not only offered for me to exchange or return it but to also let me keep it and get a partial refund or to keep it and get a $25 gift card (which I chose bc the bag still works without the zipper and I love all their things!). They also followed up to remind me about the options which was super nice of them!

“This bag is sturdy, well-made, roomy, and cute. The strong magnetic clasp holds well. There was a very slight smell from the print when I first opened the package (I have a sensitive nose), but it dissipated overnight.”
“BE AWARE - COLOR IS NOT AS REPRESENTED on the website. I purchased the Reef Turtles Beach Tote and Reef Turtles Zipper Pouch. I fell in love with the blue color and the turtle design. The bag are substantial in fabric weight and constructed well, however when I received my order I was disappointed to find that the Reef Turtles Beach Tote and Reef Turtles Zipper Pouch are actually a DARK TEAL BLUE, and the light blue print in the pictures is a SEA FOAM GREEN. I viewed this product on three different computers and my phone thinking that it was just a difference in colors from one screen to another, but it is not. I don't love these colors, so sadly I will be returning.”
