“This is the only towel in my order of 5 items that did not arrived snagged. I reached out to Sand Cloud within the hour of the package being delivered to report the damage. No response so 3 days later I reported it again. Sand Cloud said they would email a return label within the hour then ship replacements once I mailed the damaged items back. The return label never arrived so 3 days later I reached out yet again. It's 24 hours later and I haven't heard back from Sand Cloud. Do not buy items unless you are willing to accept damaged goods and zero customer service to make it right. I am done being a customer here!”
“We had a mishap with our original order and was missing this towel, however Sand Cloud made it right and expedited this item we had missing due to shipping issues. With that said, when we got it, we loved the pattern so much. Can't wait to try it out!”
