“First let me say this company has GREAT marketing strategy. Their advertisements convinced me to make a purchase. These towels are not cheap, so I decided to test them out purchasing hand towels. I went with the Fringeless Hand Bath Bundle. Seriously, I’m not sure what all the hype is about these towels, but they did not work for me….at least these towels didn’t. They are thin….very thin. They also are NOT quick drying. After drying our hands, the towel hung there looking wet and wrinkled and it stayed wet for over an hour. Maybe the two-sided towels work better? One positive thing is, because they are thin, they wouldn’t take up much room in the closet.
Now let’s get to the high maintenance part: Read the washing instructions! Machine wash COLD (I’ve always used warm or hot water to wash towels!).DO NOT bleach, tumble dry low - best to hang dry....HANG DRY??!!, do not use fabric softeners or fabric sheets, do not wash with denim or heavy garments.
On a final note, I’ve read many reviews that experienced poor customer service. I did not. Their customer service was great! They responded to my email quickly and reme died the situation right away.”
