Hi John, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We're sorry to hear that the thickness and absorbency of the Classic Fringeless Hand Bath Towels didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when towels don’t perform as desired, especially when it comes to drying. We would like to discuss further with you. Kindly respond to the email that we sent you. Thank you for your support!
