“Unacceptable to order 5 items & have 2 arrive damaged. I've reported both damaged towels twice to Sand Cloud. They did not respond the first time I reported it. The second time they said they would send a return label within the hour then mail replacements once I use it to return the damaged items. The return label never arrived. 3 days later I reached out again asking for the return label. No response from Sand Cloud. Do not trust a company that does not send merchandise in good condition or replace items that arrive damaged! I will never shop here again.”
