“I like the beachy bag from Amazon for $10 better. I ordered 5 Sand Cloud items, 2 arrived damaged, I reported them within an hour of being delivered. No response so I reported it again 3 days later. Sand Cloud said they would email a return label within the hour & would ship replacement towels once I used the label to return the damaged towels. The label never arrived. 3 days after they promised to send it I reached out again & it has been 24 hours with no response. Do not shop here if you expect items in good condition or any type of customer service to make it right. You will waste your time & money!”
