“Unfortunately it has a hole in it and I havent had issues with anything else from sound cloud so I was expecting the customer service to be wonderful. Sadly that is not my experience ive reached out 3 places, two contact us emails, tiktok message and Facebook woth zero replies after 5 days. The window for the issue to be dealt with is long gone now because there is only a 48 hour window after delivery. Very disappointed in the customer service”
