“I want to give this 5 stars because the look is amazing, the material is wonderful and soft, it's exactly what I was hoping for. But there are loose threads and stitches pulling out on some seams. For a 80 dollar towel, the quality should be impeccable.
Will I use it? Absolutely. Will I enjoy using it? Absolutely. Am I disappointed in the build quality? Yes.

The customer service team reached out to me and has gone above and beyond to make me whole on this. I'm really happy with the company's response and it makes me think I maybe had an abberation vs the norm. I've been using the poncho for a month or so and it's gotten an absurd amount of use. VBery happy with it and the comfort.”

“Love that this Hooded Poncho is large enough to cover my entire body. Perfect for after swimming at the beach on in windy day, or to change out of wet bathing suit at the car. Or cover up from hot sun (hood will keep blonde hair safe). Material is thinner terry cloth so not super heavy on a hot day.
Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 -
Color says Mint ….which threw me off a bit. I can’t quite tell if the base color is pale green or white.
Other reason, free shipping was USPS. My package was late being delivered. It went around the city bouncing from one USPS hub to another…. three times to get to me. If I had know free delivery was USPS I would have sprung for expedited. Was hoping to get this in time for 4th of July festivities.”
