“Thr product is superb. Gotten nice and soft after the first wash, soaks the moisture up, it's a good towel. But it was also useful as a blanket at a hotel room during my last trip. It was a good purchase after all. The customer service is slow to respond (2 monthes) but I'm glad the people are actually responding instead of using a template or AI.”

Update: Sand Cloud as finally responded to me and shipped my missing towel. Customer service was very slow to respond. It took 2 months to resolve my issue. Sand Cloud needs to make customer service a priority. We are busy is not an appropriate excuse for poor service. I increased to 3 stars. In the end that issue was resolved. Thank you.
Still can’t use reward money to make a purchase which was my other complaint. Still no resolution to that issue. A trust and expectation has been broken. Nothing has been done to resolve that.”
