“The product is nice. But, a code that would have resulted in a cheaper cost appeared before my product had even been shipped. when i tried to get the reduced price, i received email to give the company the code, but the codes kept changing so i didn't know what the code i need was. So, i was very disappointed in the service. They did email me, but without the code, which I didn't know, i had to pay the higher price.”
“I wish this product was available in more pattern choices. It was great when I just wanted to walk around the beach and get my feet wet. I didn’t have to carry my towel around and had a place to put my room key and phone. When at the beach I just unfolded it and put my items in the zipper pouch and was able to get the sand off my feet at the end and make it back into a backpack. One of my favorite gifts to myself!”
“Had a long discussion with customer service on how this was "just sewed differently " according to the manufacturer. I have viewed many pictures of this bag and can't find another "sewn like this" the seam looks horrible when in bag form and has loose strings. Yes, I did my return.”
