“Only two out of my three towels that I ordered for Christmas gifts arrived. I left messages and emails with no response for week. When they finally responded ( only through email ) it has been email after email and then after months want a picture. Which I didn’t think of at the time because it said not to worry on the note in the package sometimes deliveries come in multiple shipments. With working full time, kids schedules- and the hospital influx life was busy. They continue to give me the run around and the amount of time I have put I it this is ridiculous- just to get a product I paid for. Either refund me or send me the product. In all the emails I have left my phone number over and over and asked someone to just call me. Also no one has ever answered the phone when you call the number - just leave a message. Unfortunate Bria e I live these towels and order them and tell other all the time about how great they are. I was just shocked to be treated this way after being a loyal customer. As of today I still have yet to receive the towel or a refund.”
“Really pretty and did get sand off fairly easily, but it gets soaked super easily and is kind of useless as an actual towel. And then takes a while to dry. Super disappointed especially given the price!”
