“The color of the product (boho gypsy xl) is not the same as the photos on the website. The color of the towel I received is more in the burgundy family. I emailed customer service a detailed message along with a photo explaining that I was not looking for a refund or to return it but that I just wanted them to know. The response I received said they were “sorry about the color of the face mask I ordered and that I could return it I am rating it 3 stars due to the color issue and the customer service response. “As has happened to others below, I have not received my towel. I have no idea how this one is because, 2 months after ordering, I finally heard from the company that they sold out and didn't have any to ship to me. Yet they charged me for it two months ago.”
“I’m giving this towel a 4 star, not 5 is because the color is deceiving. I have about 5 towels now with 2 more ordered, so I obviously think these are great towels. I thought it would be more the dark terra-cotta color depicted in photos. Instead, it’s almost pink. It was going to be used with decor, but I will just use by pool.”
