“My initial experience with the towels was that I loved how lightweight they were and the designs were just my style. I was a little put off by the initial lintiness after washing and hang drying, which is the recommended cleaning method. However, after a few rounds in the dryer on delicate, the lint has greatly subsided if not disappeared completely. The company reached out to me after my initial review to make things right. And since the linty issue has subsided, I am happy to give a 5-star review for the ease of doing business with Sand Cloud, their devotion to customer service, and my initial love of the pattern and lightweight material. Indeed, they fit snuggly in my pack on a recent boating excursion.”
