“I am conflicted on my review as the bag is beautiful, easy to use and seems so well made. The backpack strap ripped first use this weekend though. I bairly had anything in the bag. But the material doesnt seem like it should rip easily. The bag is beautiful and I do love it but its already ripped and will have to be careful with it forever now.”
“Firstly, I haven't even had a chance to use my towel as a towel! It feels like it is great quality, and just different from what I'm used to, so I do expect to be happy with its drying abilities!
As for the quality of the bag portion.... it looked a bit awkwardly shaped like it was a child's sized pack, a short squarish pack rather than a more "standard" rectangular backpack shape, and the straps were obviously too short, even for me at 5'3" and 120lbs. So I was just trying it on as a pack, empty, to gauge how careful I may need to be with it once loaded, and immediately ripped half the stitching out on one strap while trying to be as careful as possible. Upon some investigation, I saw it was just one layer of the same delicate threads used elsewhere on the bag. Usually, to mitigate these weak points, companies will double up the thread or double up the stitching at these attatchment points. My reusable grocery bags have these same stitches, and when done properly, they hold up quite excellent.
In all the ads I've seen for the product, the models only ever use one strap, presumably for the same reasons, so I would have to assume the folks at Sandcloud aren't oblivious to the weird sizing. I wish I had held off buying for a summer or two to see if this lot sells off and the design gets any revision. $70 is a lot to spend to immediately have a project on my hands.... hoped to use this as my new shower bag, but it will need lots of stitches before I can trust it for such.”

“The only complaint I could have with this is it was pretty expensive. But I love it. It's a backpack it's a towel and it has a hidden pouch for phones and keys. But it's super cool and it's perfect for the beach or travel.”
