“Update: I appreciate that customer service was very helpful and offered a discount for my inconvenience. I could not accept the offer due to my experience.
I’m a bit annoyed my package arrived busted open because my towel was mailed in a package way too small for the size of the towel. Now I’m in the process of working with customer service to get my issue fixed but this is such an unnecessary hassle to deal with. Packages should be shipped to allow room for the product to move around in and not tightly squeezed in to a package too small.”
