“worst customer service ever. Ordered in stock items, emailed 6 times about tracking and no reply’s beyond a generic we will respond in 48/72 hours and they never did. Due to shipping delay I tried to cancel multiple times. Then after I tried to return it, sandcloud offered a 50% refund for me to keep it, which I accepted. Then I had to fight with Sandcloud for my 50% refund for 3 months including a BBB complaint. I will never do business with them again.”

“It’s cute, and a great idea, but it’s poorly made. I’m average sized (5’ 6” and 145 lb), the arm opening ripped the first time I wore it and the whole outer edge of the frayed a lot after washing. I expect more from this brand. I have several towels and I love them, but this product falls short.”
