“I love the product but when I ordered from the facebook site I never received my merchandise . If you order anything go to the correct Sand Cloud site I’m out 36$. If it’s to good to be true it probably is, listen learned”

“Well since I haven't heard back from you after 2 emails to customer support maybe I'll get my missing towel by leaving a review. Package arrived open with only 3 towels not 4 I immediately sent a request for missing towel and have not received a response so sent a 2 email request and still nothing. At $40 per towel that is unacceptable!
