“After almost two weeks of the tracking information saying the item had a tracking number but they had not received it I called. Their customer service is a message machine that you leave your information and they get back to you in a couple of days. Then they claimed the shipment was lost so they set up another shipment that took several days to ship. The product is ok but the delay and the poor communication was not something I would want to deal with again!”
