“Very happy with the towels until the second wash. Beginning to unravel where the fringe is. After responding to their follow up on delivery email, I was then contacted by Sand Cloud customer service who acknowledged my review, expressed their apologies, and indicated their disappointment in the product and that was not what they expect. I was offered a partial refund or an increased amount on a gift card for a future purchase. Victor was very courteous and responsive. Willing to continue to be a customer because of the way in which they responded to my experience with my first order.”
