“Arrived broken, you have to email customer service within 24 hours to get return instructions. It's been over a week and they haven't responded. Reached out again and still no response. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund for the trash they sent. Don't buy these glasses that easily break and probably don't buy anything from them since they maybe don't have anyone processing returns/refunds/exchanges.”
