“UPDATED REVIEW:
During the return process of their products, Sand cloud offered to give 50% off of the blankets I purchased, instead of sending it back. I gladly accepted the offer, as the discounted price matched the quality of the blanket they sent me. Weeks went by and they reached out offering me a $30 gift card, due to my unsatisfaction of their products. I gladly accepted, as who knows, it might be useful again someday. Once they have sent me the gift card, they have asked me to consider revising my original review of the product…. I mean, I found their offers great and it seems like their customer service are attentive to improvements of their products. But I didn’t know accepting these offers would lead them to ask me to revise my original review. Their offer doesn’t change the fact that their products are still pilling each time I wash it. My floor is full of these balls of thread every time I pull it out of my washer/dryer. So anyway, here’s my updated review of their customer service. My review of their products are still the same.

I am in love with the design! I love whales and they captivated that beauty seeing whales in the water… BUT, just as the other blanket I ordered with this, I saw some pilling. This blanket wasn’t as bad as the other one, so I am planning to keep it. I am obsessed with the design, so I am really hoping there won’t be anymore pilling when I wash it again!”
