“When I received this pack of stickers, I only received 4 out of the 5. I reached out to them to tell them about my missing piece and they told me they would send another pack to me. A few weeks went by without any package arriving so I decided to check the shipment status of the package and it said that there was no trace of the package. I reached out again to report the problem and they said I would have to contact the post office in which I did and the post office told me to contact the company who was shipping the package. So I told Sand Cloud my problem in which they told me they would get back to me within a day or two but they never got back to me. The stickers I did receive were good quality but I’m disappointed about my missing piece.”

“so i bought these stickers for my water bottle and the first package got lost so they sent me a new one but then the in delivery it got delayed but it finally came and i was super happy but what came in the mail wasn’t stickers, it was scrunchies. and also the scrunchies weren’t even from sand cloud, but they were from some company called “adelaine”. i’m very disappointed and will probably not buy from sand cloud again, which makes me sad bc the products look good but i can’t trust them :(”
