“I wish I could comment specifially about the towel I ordered, but I was sent 3 completely different towels. I attempted to use the site "Contact Us" and the email address they suggest and never heard back from anyone. The site doesn't offer any other options such as a chat directly with an employee or a phone number. I will never consider another Sand Cloud purchase again.”
