“It appears that my emails were not answered due to a backlog from a sale event they were having. Once I did receive an email back Sand Cloud worked quickly to replace this and the R2-D2 towel that were lost in the mail.”

“Love the design, and the inverted colors on both sides.
But even after washing and air drying, I was still getting little dark fibers all over my body when drying off, which was a bit annoying. I hope that goes away after a few washes.
And the towel was ‘cold’ with the absorbed water if I had to readjust or rewear the towel around myself. Not a ‘con’ but a little shock I wasn’t prepared for. lol”

“I initially had a frustrating experience with this company. I received the wrong towels, and it took quite some time and effort to get the issue resolved. Customer service was slow to respond, and I was left feeling uncertain about whether the mistake would be corrected.
However, after about 2-3 months, the company did follow up and sent me a gift card as a gesture of goodwill, which I truly appreciated. While the process wasn’t ideal, I’m grateful that they made an effort to make things right in the end.
I hope they can improve the responsiveness of their customer service in the future, but I do acknowledge the effort to resolve the issue.”
