“Product itself is great! I love Sand Cloud products however, their customer service has a lot of room for growth. I accidentally purchased two; those lovely screens that pop up at that end of a purchase made me believe I hadn't completed my purchase only to find out I had now purchased two. Only needing one, I reached out to customer service. This was almost three or for weeks ago. Needless to say, it feels like I'm stuck with two identical towels now because customer service stopped responding. I'm sure this will prompt a third customer service conversation with no resolution. As long as you don't need to return anything, the products are great!”
