“They are thinner than I expected, but not in a bad way. So soft, long, and elegantly beautiful. I love them. Can't wait to use them at the beach, pool, and at parks. I got the Snitches, Slytherin, and Hogwarts Castle. Each one is wonderful, and the colors are more handsome than I hoped.”
“This was the item that prompted me to place an order, then I added three more items to the order to make it worth shipping. This was also the item that did not arrive in my package. I am very disappointed that I cannot get a response from the customer service team to fix my order. I emailed the day I received my order, two days following the order, and then again a week after not hearing back. I am now at two weeks past receiving my order and zero communication.”
