“It’s a nice bag and comfortable but I’m overall disappointed since it came with blue stains on it near the label and being a beige bag it feels obvious to me and not what I expect given the price. I reached out to customer service twice regarding the stain and never heard back so apparently customer service is nonexistent or just doesn’t care. I’ll use my bag but I won’t spend more of my money here.”
